What makes Deadlifts & Deathmetal semi private sessions better?
Aside from not having to bring in your headphones and getting to lift to great, heavy music while you're looked after by expert coaches?
First, we're NOT a gym. We're a personal training studio which instantly tells you that you will be seen, heard and coached on an individual level. Deadlifts & Deathmetal operates by appointment only, offering either 1on1 or semi private personal training.
The semi private sessions are NOT some kind of 45 minute, bullshit interval or circuit session where everyone does the same thing regardless of goals, fitness level or your needs for individual exercise selection.
Everyone is different, so everyone does different shit.
You can pay one rate & train as often as you want, or try a hybrid approach
If you're a glutton for all forms of metal, you can do an Unlimited Semi Private PT option where you can book in for as many sessions as you want each week and get online support for a capped rate. This is perfect for local metalheads who find it hard to keep themselves motivated to train alone, and would rather meet like minded metalheads to chat to about guitars / amps / games / tabletop RPGs / metal and gigs between sets.
OR
You can pay a little bit less, but come in for any one session you wish each week so we can still give you some in person feedback, yet still reap all the programming and online coaching benefits. Best suited for people with funky work schedules or who live a bit further afield.

Sessions run Tues to Sat however we are currently expanding and aim to add a fucktonne more times over the coming months.
You get your OWN programming and your OWN nutrition
Fuck doing the same thing as everyone else. Pushing people to do the same shit as fast as possible is why CrossFit and F45 injure so many people.
We take your goals, your training capacity and background, your individual lifestyle and we make a program and nutrition approach which is built specifically for YOU. This means you get individual advice, programming and nutrition, but get to save a bit of money by sharing the gym space with a couple of other people.
After each cycle of programming is finished, we discuss what worked, what didn't and where you want to go next - and involve you in the goal setting and decision making process at EVERY STEP of the way.
