Casual Session 10 pack

If you want to come in as a casual but also want to save some dough, this is for you!

You get 10 x semi private PT sessions included, each semi private session runs for 45m and are capped at a maximum of 4 attendees. This is a studio where everyone does their own thing, it's group personal training and not a class, so we cater the workout to YOU and your needs. 

Come in with a problem and we will solve it for you there and then, and help guide you as to the exercies, loading and technique you can use to help boost your results. 

To book simply purchase your casual package and we will set you up with access to our app so you can book in each of your casuals.
